Intouch Solutions Promotes Six Kansas City Employees
Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of six employees in its Kansas City office. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, Intouch Solutions has seen rapid expansion over the past five years and actively promotes within the 650-person firm.
The six employees include:
Meridith Goulet, senior director, product services, joined Intouch as director of client services, Intouch products, in September 2012, and immediately displayed her strong leadership background spanning quality control, development and product management. Goulet has been invaluable in shepherding client service for Intouch product development. Her experience and ability to win the hearts and minds of clients will continue to provide value to Intouch. As senior director, product services, Goulet is responsible for operations, client support and implementation, as well as business development and client relationships, and the direction for all six of Intouch’s products. She is also responsible for product development.
Michael Hopkins, associate director of client services, Intouch products, started working at Intouch in March 2013 and most recently served as manager of client services, Intouch products. In his three years at Intouch, Hopkins has played a key role in driving new business opportunities for a key account and managing complex client implementations. He is a strong advocate for the client and has a keen ability to leverage product features to solve unique problems. Hopkins’ infectious energy and enthusiasm have proven invaluable in building and maintaining Intouch’s client relationships. As associate director of client services, Intouch products, Hopkins’ responsibilities include supporting new and existing clients by implementing Intouch products. Additionally, he supports ongoing product development and roadmap planning.
Jackie Sallaz, associate director of program management, Intouch products, is not only known for her subject matter expertise, resourcefulness, and adept problem-solving skills, but also her unique ability to liaise technical and client resources to reach a common goal. Sallaz joined Intouch in May 2008 and most recently served as manager of client services, Intouch products. She coordinates and prioritizes multiple, competing projects effortlessly, all while maintaining a positive, client-first attitude. As associate director of program management, Intouch products, Sallaz provides oversight for development and implementation task execution, as well as support and delivery for Intouch products.
Katie Schmidtberger, project manager, has become a key player on an important account since joining Intouch in August 2014. Schmidtberger’s can-do attitude, ability to build rapport with those she works with and solution-oriented approach are key contributors to her success. She has played a vital role in several large Intouch initiatives, as well as in client/vendor relationships. As project manager, Schmidtberger manages more complex projects, while overseeing other team members and onboarding new hires.
David Williams, senior system administrator, joined the Intouch team in July 2012 as a system administrator. During his tenure, Williams has worked tirelessly with his team, keeping Intouch’s evolving corporate infrastructure running 24/7. His dedication, loyalty and positive temperament are unmatched, and benefit him in his new role as senior system administrator. In this position Williams conducts IT buildout planning, and manages system migrations and service provider changes. He also onboards new team members, and oversees new equipment deployment.
Marnie Vasquez, group director, strategic planning, joined Intouch in August 2015 as a director, strategic planning. During this time, she has demonstrated her ambition, dedication and strategic mindset. Vasquez delivers effectively and efficiently on her projects, and is known as a go-to resource. As group director, strategic planning, Vasquez leads strategy and insight development on various pharmaceutical brands at Intouch, and raises the adoption of strategic planning while quarterbacking all strategy efforts across the agency. Additionally, she continually serves as the voice of clients' customers.
