Intouch Solutions Promotes Nine Employees in the Kansas City Office
Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of nine employees in its Kansas City office. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, Intouch Solutions has seen rapid expansion over the past five years and actively promotes within the 650-person firm.
The nine employees include:
Amanda Spangler, director of strategic planning, joined Intouch in February 2016 as associate director of strategic planning. Spangler’s passion and hard work, along with her willingness to push good thinking forward, quickly earned the respect and trust of clients and colleagues alike. In her new role, Spangler oversees insights and strategies for her clients to help drive their continued growth.
Erika Baker, senior analyst of social media, started working at Intouch in 2014, where she began as an intern. After joining the team full time following her graduation, Baker served as an associate social media analyst. Most recently a social media analyst, in her new role, Baker is responsible for community management, monitoring her client’s social channels, and looking for new opportunities to evolve her social media programs to better support target audiences. Baker also works closely with clients and account teams and other subject matter experts to ensure project goals are met.
Jodi Augustine, associate creative director, has played a key role in the company since joining Intouch in January 2009. Most recently a senior art director on the marketing and communications team, Augustine is known for tirelessly juggling team leadership, education of others, brand stewardship, strategic thinking and more to deliver the highest-quality work. As associate creative director, Augustine designs and maintains the Intouch brand, manages a team to create and execute a variety of marketing projects, as well as branded internal communications and events for Intouch employees.
Joshua Cain, senior developer, joined Intouch in July 2014. Formerly a developer, Cain designed, developed and supported a key client’s website. He’s known by his colleagues as being an eager learner and a strong developer. In his new role as senior developer, Cain continues to work on releases and initiatives for the client’s website. He continues to grow and demonstrate why his colleagues have such strong confidence in him.
Kristen Hays, search analyst, began her career with Intouch in 2015 as an intern and quickly climbed the ranks to associate search analyst after graduating. Hays’ strong work ethic, positive attitude and dedication to providing value in everything she does make her a go-to resource for the team. As search analyst, she manages organic search efforts for several pharmaceutical brands and develops high-quality content. Additionally, Hays contributes to multichannel strategy through cross-functional team collaboration, and identifies strategic efforts and opportunities for improved organic search performance.
Mark Stephan, associate director of relationship marketing strategy, began working at Intouch in June 2014. Most recently a relationship marketing strategist, in his new role, Stephan assists with strategic development and management of customer experiences that focus on building consumer relationships. He also works to foster loyalty through marketing automation and customer relationship management.
Matt Linenbroker, copywriter, joined Intouch in June 2016 as an associate copywriter. With a passion for telling stories in inspiring and engaging ways, Linenbroker plays an important role within the organization by helping build clients’ brand stories. In his new role as copywriter, Linenbroker contributes to and creates original creative concepts. He also writes copy for multiple brands.
Miranda Loats, account manager, has been with the company since July 2016. In her previous role as account administrator, Loats stood out for her ability to jump in on multiple projects without a hitch. Her positive attitude and willingness to lend a hand is admired by all her colleagues. In her new role as account manager, Loats serves as the lead account contact for both internal and external project coordination.
Samantha Iodice, associate director of relationship marketing strategy, joined the Intouch family in September 2016 as a senior manager of relationship marketing in Chicago and moved to the Kansas City office in 2017. Iodice is known for bringing innovative, differentiating thinking to her relationship marketing strategies. In her new role as associate director of relationship marketing strategy, Iodice provides conceptual, solution-based innovation and proactive problem solving. She also offers strategic thinking to elevate client’s customer experiences, thought leadership, and team mentorship and guidance.
