In less than a year, Bernstein demonstrated her ability to problem solve, manage multiple priorities and win over clients. She has managed various projects, including banner ads, video updates and responsive websites. Bernstein’s upbeat disposition is infectious, and her detail-oriented, can-do personality make her the ideal account manager candidate. In her new role, Bernstein will oversee the day-to-day project development with various departments and manage client relations from product inception to launch.
Annie Brill, senior account manager, began her career at Intouch as an intern in 2011 and quickly rose through the ranks to become an account administrator, then account manager. She will also lead development of agency recommendations, POVs and strategic documents. Additionally, Kirsch will oversee project execution and coach her team on scoping, billing and managing processes.
Grace Neigel, account manager, has played an integral role in managing numerous projects since she joined Intouch in November 2014. As an account administrator, she helped launch a national patient portal, numerous patient and HCP videos, and a variety of CRM tactics. Neigel’s eye for detail and commitment to clients, patients and Intouch’s founding principles are apparent in every task she completes, no matter the size. In her new role, Neigel will help manage projects from project ideation to completion. Neigel’s promotion to account manager will also have her taking the lead in managing new patient-facing initiatives, as well as onboarding and training account administrators.
