Intouch Solutions Promotes Multiple Kansas City Associates
Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of five employees in its Overland Park, Kan., office. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, Intouch Solutions has seen rapid expansion over the past five years and actively promotes within the 500-person firm.
The five employees include:
Wes Marfield, senior eCommunications specialist, began his career at Intouch in August 2012 as an eCommunications specialist where he worked on many different accounts. Wes’s commitment and dedication to his teammates, coupled with his focus on his clients’ expectations, has instilled confidence in everyone he works with. In his new role, Wes will serve as team lead, working across a group of account management staff to plan and execute email and mobile messaging components of integrated consumer and professional marketing campaigns for clients. Wes will also serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external project inquiries, as well as help prioritize and direct the efforts of eCRM team members on those projects. Wes will provide creative direction and insight to optimize key performance metrics while complying with all CAN SPAM regulations.
Anne Mumford, senior eCommunications specialist, joined Intouch in April 2012 as an eCommunications specialist. For two years, Anne has supported several brands’ relationship marketing efforts and consistently delivered on client expectations. Anne’s dedication and disciplined approach to leading projects made her the ideal candidate for senior eCommunications specialist. In this new role, Anne will serve as the lead eCRM specialist for three brands, as well as support new business efforts and special projects. Anne will help in the planning of customer experiences and will be responsible for coordinating the set-up and execution of campaigns, while managing timelines and project scopes. As part of the eCRM team, Anne will serve as a subject matter expert internally at Intouch. She will support account teams and their clients, and assist in the development of white papers, best practices and case studies when appropriate.
Robyn Hamilton, senior project manager, joined Intouch in August 2013 as a project manager. Robyn has served in a high-demand project management role for one of Intouch’s key clients and leveraged the opportunity to increase efficiencies and build partnerships. Robyn’s experience in project management paired with her technical aptitude has been pivotal to her success at Intouch and will benefit her in her in her new role as senior project manager. In this new position, Robyn will manage projects with increased complexity as well as assist with onboarding new project management associates.
Josh Sutton, senior director of PMO, has contributed to Intouch in numerous ways since he joined the company in 2009 as a project manager. Josh is known as the original “Technical Engagement Manager” at Intouch after starting the department five years ago. Through his leadership and hard work, Intouch has recognized the importance of project management within all client engagements. Josh has played a primary role in the establishment of the Project Management Office (PMO) and the creation of project management standards. As senior director of PMO, Josh will lead his team as they continue to build, develop and enhance Intouch’s project methodologies and processes.
Kaley Kane, account manager, began her career at Intouch in June 2012 as account administrator. Kaley’s ability to immediately immerse herself in the business, as well as her initiative, work ethic and attention to detail, have marked her a valuable contributor to the team and her clients. Kaley is known for meeting deadlines and her positive, driven attitude. As account manager, Kaley will lead internal and external meetings, manage tactical execution and daily workflow, and identify new ideas and opportunities for clients. Kaley will also be responsible for inputting weekly updates to CMS-managed content and owning multiple professional site projects for designated brands.
