Intouch Solutions Promotes Multiple Employees

Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of seven employees in its Overland Park, Kan., office. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, Intouch Solutions expanded rapidly during the past five years and actively promotes within the 500-person firm.

The seven employees include:

Mike Brachtenbach, project manager, joined Intouch in January 2012 as a creative project manager. Mike’s professionalism and positive attitude make him a valued member of the Chicago Web Project Management team. Initiative, organization and thoroughness are all key project management skills Mike possesses, making him the ideal candidate for his new position. As project manager, Mike will work with account teams in both Kansas City and Chicago to help steer many quick-turnaround site launches and updates, eCRM campaigns, data-heavy projects and social media initiatives.

Justin Clark, team lead, has excelled in technical project management and client service since he joined Intouch in August 2011 as a senior project manager. Throughout his tenure, Justin has been a mentor to several individuals on the project management staff. In his new role as team lead, Justin will build on his previous experience at Intouch as he develops a team of project managers that he will coordinate, lead and support throughout their activities. Justin also will work in project management on technically complex and high-risk projects, as well as support RFP work. 

Kristine Wuelzer, senior quality analyst, joined Intouch in August 2011 as a quality analyst and has been active in planning and instrumenting automated quality testing to improve both the effectiveness and efficiency of software testing. Kristine’s breadth and depth of test automation knowledge will benefit her in her new position as senior quality analyst. Kristine will maintain proficiency in the application and use of systems, tools and processes within the department's scope, as well as in the business processes that drive the applications. In her new role, Kristine will also develop a working knowledge of Intouch’s applications and system integration, and maintain an understanding of the company’s markets.
 
Yusuf Yaman, senior director of application development, joined Intouch in 2005 as a technical architect director and has played a critical role within Intouch’s development services. Yusuf led the data service team as they established many of Intouch’s current standards and automation practices. Yusuf was instrumental in developing frameworks and platforms used to create award-winning applications. His hard work and dedication to finding ways Intouch can differentiate itself within the mobile landscape of pharma marketing will benefit him as senior director of application development. In addition to leading the mobile development team in his new role, Yusuf also will further the development of mobile frameworks and platforms.

Allie McDowell, social media analyst, began her career at Intouch as an associate social media analyst in October 2012. She has played a key role in monitoring and moderation reporting, as well as providing data analysis of clients' social engagement. Additionally, Allie worked in social research, providing clients with social listening reports. As a social media analyst, Allie will continue to support the twenty-five-person social media team by providing social listening reports that include insights based on data analysis. These insights will then be used to inform social strategies.

Andrew Grojean, senior social media analyst, joined Intouch in May 2011 as an intern and was quickly hired as a social media analyst where he worked on client accounts with a specific focus on leveraging technology to increase channel engagement. Andrew’s communication abilities, attention to detail, willingness to learn and organization skills have been integral to his success. As a senior social media analyst, Andrew will draw on his past experiences at Intouch to fulfill his duties of leading analytics and reporting efforts for clients. He will also help his team understand new platform updates and their impact on the pharma industry, and continue to leverage technology to increase engagement on various social channels. 

John Izbrand, senior director of quality services, joined Intouch in 2010 as a quality manager. John helped Intouch establish its industry-leading quality control process and team. During his four years with the company, John has been instrumental in the creation, implementation, and evolution of the quality management system and the facilitation of several major on-site client audits. As a senior director of quality services he will plan and manage the strategic direction of quality initiatives related to verification, validation and continuous improvement.
