Intouch Solutions Promotes Four Chicago Employees
Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of four employees in its Chicago office. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, Intouch Solutions has seen rapid expansion over the past five years and actively promotes within the 650-person firm.
The four employees include:
Paige Blackburn, account manager, interned at Intouch in the summers of 2013 and 2014. At the conclusion of the second summer, Blackburn was hired on full-time as an account administrator. Blackburn’s contributions to her team, Intouch and clients started day one of her internship, and her positive impact on Intouch’s business continues to grow as she takes on numerous projects across channels. Blackburn’s attention to detail, positive attitude and tremendous teamwork serve her in her new role as an account manager. In this position, Blackburn fosters client and team relationships, and leads the project processes by managing monthly financial reports and staying up-to-date on strategic initiatives.
Colleen Quinter, manager, marketing operations, began working in Intouch’s Kansas City office as an account administrator in January 2014, then transferred to the Chicago office. Quinter is known for her positive attitude and strategic thinking, which benefit her in her new role. Quinter’s responsibilities as manager, marketing operations, are trifold. She serves as the communications lead for enterprise-level initiatives for Intouch’s technology and client services teams; works with internal teams to develop enterprise standards and strengthen cross-department operations; and develops and executes large-scale initiatives across multiple services teams, which requires facilitation and management to achieve success.
Laura Shepherd, group director, strategic planning, has utilized her proactive nature and hard work ethic to positively impact Intouch since she joined the organization in 2010. Shepherd’s diligence and attention to detail suit her well as group director, strategic planning. In this role, Shepherd leads a team to support planning efforts across a variety of brands. Additionally, Shepherd oversees Intouch’s human-centered approach to strategic planning to make informed and logical decisions.
Chris Valleskey, senior art director, joined Intouch in October 2012 as an associate art director and was most recently an art director. Valleskey is known for his curiosity and ability to solve digital problems, and is often sought after for his professional opinion. Valleskey works collaboratively with front end, development and agency partners to deliver exactly what clients ask for. Always looking for new solutions to benefit both the agency and the client, Valleskey excels as senior art director. In this role he works on internal projects, as well as revamps and makes updates to Intouch’s creative process.
