Intouch Solutions Named MM&M Agency of the Year
Intouch Solutions, a marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, was named 2014 Agency of the Year by Medical Marketing & Media (MM&M). The award was announced in the January issue of MM&M. Based in Kansas City, with offices in Chicago and New York, Intouch Solutions ended 2013 with over $70 million in revenue, up nearly 35 percent from 2012, as well as 465 employees.

Intouch Solutions was chosen in part due to their over 30 percent annual revenue growth over the past five years, as well as their history of hiring (220 new employees have joined since 2012) and retaining (10 percent turnover rate) employees. In 2013 alone, the number of employees at Intouch Solutions rose by 16 percent to 465 associates, while the agency acquired 22 new accounts.
