Intouch Solutions Announces the Promotion of Four Kansas City Employees
Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of four employees in its Overland Park, Kan., office. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, Intouch Solutions has seen rapid expansion over the past five years and actively promotes within the 650-person firm.
The four employees include:
Caitlin Bandel, senior account manager, began working at Intouch as an intern in 2012 and then was hired on full time. Most recently an account manager, Bandel has played a critical role on a key Intouch account team where she singlehandedly led translation work, ensuring cultural relevance and a patient-first focus. Bandel’s positive demeanor, work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects at once are just a few of the reasons she was promoted to senior account manager. In her new role, Bandel will serve as the primary liaison for internal and external teams for daily requests, project management and more. She will clearly, efficiently and effectively communicate deadlines, deliverables and timing with project management support, as well as help leadership with strategic ideation, planning and presentations.
Jordyn Nolan, account manager, began working at Intouch in June 2014 as an account administrator where she quickly mastered her responsibilities. Nolan’s natural leadership and ownership of projects has made her a tremendous asset to her team and clients. As an account manager, Nolan will plan and implement interactive projects, as well as work with the design and technical teams to deliver results that achieve client goals. She will also be responsible for developing client and agency partner relationships; supporting senior-level account staff; and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on target.
Ashley Smalley, account director, is known for her strategic insights, smart ideas and leadership style. Smalley joined the Intouch team in January 2009 and was most recently an account supervisor. While at Intouch, Smalley has leveraged client connections to position Intouch as a digital agency of record, and has built strong and lasting client and internal relationships. As an account director, Smalley will be responsible for the financial health of the account she oversees and will also manage and mentor mid- and junior-level staff. Additionally, she will lead clients’ marketing and advertising strategies and promote the expansion of business with existing clients.
Kevin Wohler, senior technical documentation analyst, joined Intouch in August 2008 as a copywriter in the creative department and was later promoted to senior copywriter in July 2012. Then, in October 2013, Wohler transitioned to the quality services department as a technical documentation analyst, where he played a vital role in establishing Intouch’s process documentation. Wohler champions strategic thinking and is known for using his foresight to increase revenue. In his new role as a senior technical documentation analyst, Wohler will be responsible for process engineering and documentation. He will create and maintain the library of internal documentation regarding Intouch Solutions’ policies, processes and procedures. Additionally, Wohler will perform annual reviews of internal documentation.
