I saw: The Future of Making, with IDEO’s CEO Time Brown and Joie Ito of MIT's Media Lab
I learned: Divergent thinking is now the cornerstone of true innovation and creativity. And without it, we can no longer craft solutions that are relevant, impactful and lasting to customers.
What next: At Intouch, we must ensure we are leveraging the totality of our collective wisdom. So we’ll be looking to add both collaborative and disruptive idea-generation techniques to our Intouch concept processes throughout planning, creative, and development.
