Running, Running and More Running at KCCC

By Penelope LaRocque | Category: Intouch Culture |

Corporate Challenge continues, and this week was “track week.” For those who’ve blocked out the memories of high school P.E. class, track includes things like the 100- and 400-meter races, the long jump, the shot put and … more running. Intouch had participants in each event and we’re gearing up for more as we head into the final weeks of the Challenge.

Coming up next: soccer. Intouch will have a men’s team competing, and at least 10 folks volunteering their time at the games. Corporate Challenge volunteers help out with everything from setting up water tables to recordkeeping. Volunteering is also a great way to meet or spend time with colleagues we wouldn’t normally have time to interact with.

But Wait, There’s More!
With 169.5 points, Intouch currently ranks 16th out of 26 teams in Division E, but there are many more events to look forward to. Still to come are soccer, bowling, swimming, a duathlon and, of course, the tug of war.

If you’ve got time to come out to one of the events, we’d love to see you. Check out the schedule and come cheer us on!
