OVERLAND PARK, KS (March 14, 2018) Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of six employees in its Kansas City office. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, Intouch Solutions has seen rapid expansion over the past five years and actively promotes within the 650-person firm.

The six employees include:

Chris Cooper, team lead front-end development, started working at Intouch in 2014, where he began as a senior front-end developer. Cooper’s ability to communicate effectively about both technical and non-technical issues have earned him the trust of clients and Intouch team members. He regularly works with individuals across the organization to solve challenges and ensure the best outcomes for clients. In his new role, Cooper oversees front-end and back-end team members on key accounts, working to define projects and collaborate with stakeholders.

David Ramm, team lead, development services, began his tenure at Intouch directly out of college as a Flash development contractor before being brought on full-time as a front-end developer. Throughout his eight years at the agency, Ramm continues to advance in the organization, serving most recently as a senior front-end developer. Now, as a team lead, Ramm supports technical teams on Intouch portfolios by working to define tasks, ensure proper staffing and cultivate relationships.

Lisa Korte, senior account manager, joined Intouch in 2015 as an account manager. In her two and a half years with the agency, she has proven her excellence in project and team leadership. Working on tactics ranging from live events, to social media channels, to paid media and websites, Korte always maintains a positive attitude. She is known by her colleagues for her meticulous attention to detail and organization, which have contributed to client wins. As a senior account manager, she oversees project work while growing client, agency partner and internal agency relationships.

Nicole Papageorgiou, social media manager, started working at Intouch in 2014. She continues to grow professionally, being promoted from associate social media analyst to social media analyst to senior social media analyst. In her role as social media manager, her main responsibilities include developing social strategy for a variety of clients’ brand channels, while overseeing the day-to-day activity of team members. She also assists in launching new social initiatives for clients, and supporting team members with tactical and strategic insights to meet client needs and remain FDA/pharma compliant.

Owen Oliver, team lead, joined Intouch in 2015. Formerly a senior front-end developer, he oversaw the day-to-day management of project work and collaborated with the Intouch team to identify technical solutions and provide quality control. Known for his creativity and innovative designs, his ability to mentor teammates and manage technical projects led to his promotion. As team lead, Oliver’s main focus is on the daily activities of his team, pushing them toward flawless execution while providing technical and quality support.

Rebecca Kurtz, team lead, has played a key role at Intouch for more than six years. In her time with the agency, she has climbed both the account services and now project management ladders, formerly working in the role of senior project manager. Her infectious energy, voracious curiosity and love of problem solving never goes unnoticed. In her new role, Kurtz oversees a large client portfolio, leading a team of project managers to achieve overall project success.
