Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of seven employees in its Kansas City office. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, Intouch Solutions has seen rapid expansion over the past five years and actively promotes within the 650-person firm.
The seven employees include:
Heather Boone, art director, started working at Intouch in March 2015 as a studio designer on the marketing and communications team. Boone is creative and continuously brings fresh light and new ideas to Intouch Solutions’ brand. In addition to delivering detailed designs time and time again, Boone is efficient and effective when communicating project statuses and deadlines. As art director for the marketing and communications team, Boone keeps the Intouch brand true throughout all internal and external-facing materials, including new business pitches, PowerPoint templates, social media posts, advertisements and more.
Amber Garrett, project manager, joined Intouch Solutions in April 2013 as an account administrator and has since operated in a variety of roles, including account manager and project coordinator. Her can-do attitude and ability to manage numerous priorities has contributed to her success at Intouch. In her current role as project manager, Garrett works with internal project teams to deliver results on time and on budget. She also provides project statuses, guidance and mediation.
Beth Gibson, manager, client insights, joined Intouch in June 2015 as a multichannel analyst and most recently served as a RM analyst. Gibson has demonstrated her expertise in email analytics and will share her talent and insights with the multi-channel analytics team as manager, client insights. In this role, she is responsible for client insights and for presenting data and reporting. Gibson also works with a team of multichannel analysts to deliver on scoped work, and actively collaborates with members of other teams to prepare and present true multichannel insights and recommendations.
Kris Grazier, group creative director, is a true creative asset to the Intouch team. Her leadership and keen eye for detail propels work forward. Grazier started at Intouch as an associate creative director/writer in October 2013, then was promoted to creative director in October 2014. In her current role as group creative director, Grazier leads creative strategy and development across multiple client brands. She also recruits and cultivates talent within Intouch’s creative team.
Craig Johnston, director, creative technology, has been part of the Intouch team for more than nine years, most recently serving as an associate creative director. Leveraging his tech-savvy creative mindset, Johnston has been instrumental in Intouch’s ongoing creative process. As director, creative technology, Johnston serves as a senior designer/creative, piloting new technologies and methods, evaluating design trends and technical frameworks, and more. He also has ongoing conversations with Intouch’s technical groups, finding ways to leverage their expertise and points of view through a creative perspective.
Aaron Koelzer, account supervisor, has demonstrated his commitment since joining Intouch in December 2014. Most recently, Koelzer served as a senior account manager where he was a trusted partner and showed his diverse capability when it comes to leading both simple and complex digital projects. His ability to leverage, manage and collaborate is second to none. As an account supervisor, Koelzer functions as the day-to-day agency representative for two lines of the client’s business. He supervises the launch of a new social strategy for one brand, while managing additional advertising activities to grow the client’s business.
Colleen Quinter, senior manager, marketing operations, formerly served as manager, marketing operations where she consistently demonstrated her reliable, hardworking and insightful nature. As senior manager, marketing operations, Quinter is tasked with proactively anticipating, preventing and overcoming obstacles by gathering relevant information and arriving at a workable solution. Utilizing her advanced skillset, Quinter derives insights and deduces cross-project connections.
