Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of Greg Schutta to vice president, client services. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, Intouch has seen rapid expansion over the past five years and actively promotes experienced leaders from within the 650-person firm.

Schutta joined Intouch as a group account director in July 2013 and has since been managing multiple major accounts. With 20 years of experience in the digital technology space, Schutta has worked to grow the company’s accounts, particularly in the over-the-counter category.

“Greg has set the bar high for client service. He puts his clients first and delivers impeccable work. In addition to his external service, he serves as a very strong internal mentor,” said Faruk Capan, CEO. “Greg’s expertise and leadership have led to his advancement into his new role as VP of client services, and I’m confident he will be a powerful contributor to our future.”

As vice president of client services, Schutta will provide ongoing team and client management and assist with efforts to organize, train and activate the company’s ever-expanding Kansas City account teams. He will also strategically partner with clients to help them navigate the new realities of multichannel marketing.

“Agency professionals often desire to work in a shop that offers more than just 40 hours and a paycheck. I’m one of those people and Intouch has definitely become my new agency home,” said Schutta. “We have amazing people who create amazing work, and I’m excited to be part of the team and, now, part of the leadership that will help shape our next 15 years.”
