OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (October 25, 2018) — Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of 12 employees in its Kansas City office. For the past five-years, Intouch Solutions, the leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, has seen rapid expansion. The agency actively promotes within the 750-person firm.

The 12 employees include:

Ashley Swan, group program director, oversees and coaches a team of project managers as well as providing portfolio profitability and strategic direction. She is involved in development and team conformance of agency and PMO standards, best practices and guidelines. In addition, Ashley monitors issues within portfolio and advises on solutions. She provides resource forecasting/utilization for the entire portfolio team. Ashley is involved with development of RFP strategy. Since joining Intouch in 2013, Ashley has worked on the largest, most technical projects for the company. Ashley is recognized for her flexibility and proficiency for everything within Intouch, which has prepared her for leading a group of growing brands.

Nathan Stewart, group director-content and SEO, has spent a decade working with Intouch. Most recently, Nathan served as director of inbound marketing and content strategy. In his new position, Nathan leads the SEO team guiding internal teams and clients on how to perform at their best and rank in the search engine space. Nathan also heads up the content strategy team that is charged with the creation, publication and governance of useful, usable content. Nathan and his team educate Intouch clients and internal partners on the company’s capabilities. He provides the strategic direction for his team, managing leads as well as specific client needs.

 Nikki Wolfert, associate director, social media, has been part Intouch since 2014. In her new role, Nikki leads a five-member team that develops social media strategies that align with Intouch clients’ digital marketing objectives within the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, Nikki fosters client relationships and spotlights Intouch’s social media capabilities to develop new business opportunities.

Mnason Misko, director of data architecture, began his Intouch career as an independent contractor senior data architect. Mnason officially joined Intouch in 2013. With his new position, Mnason’s responsibilities have increased to include resource forecasting, monitoring utilization, evaluating and creating team standards, team training and operations requirements. Mnason is engaged in ongoing business strategy to refine Intouch services, develop new services and offerings and grow the data management line of business. During his career with Intouch, Mnason has earned the reputation for high-quality work while proactively communicating challenges and opportunities for both internal and external clients. Fellow Intouch employees often seek Mnason’s counsel because of his knowledge and expertise as well as his positive attitude and client-first approach.

Stephanie Sims, senior art director, began her career with Intouch in 2013 as art director. In her new role, Stephanie overseas projects and is involved with developing multiple concepts and ideas for Intouch’s clients. Her position also includes solving creative problems to make sure that projects under her direction run smoothly and efficiently.

Kayla Kroenlein, art director, marcom, is responsible for internal and external branding materials for Intouch and all of its affiliates. Formerly associate art director, Kayla first joined Intouch as an intern in 2015 during her college career at the University of Central Missouri. Following graduation, Kayla was hired full time and has grown in her role with Intouch ever since. Recognized for her excellent communications skills, Kayla has a unique ability to stay abreast of design trends, tricks and techniques that she readily shares with her Intouch colleagues.

Isaiah Cardona, art director, joined Intouch Solutions in 2017 as an associate art director. In his new position, Isaiah works with Intouch clients to conceptualize and design creative solutions for brands in the pharmaceutical and health industry. Isaiah’s speed and eye for consistency, as well as his organizational skills, has helped streamline many projects for Intouch. His peers recognize Isaiah as a “go-to” person on all things related to brand consistency.

Miranda Head, senior project manager, joined the Intouch organization in 2015 as a project coordinator. In her new position, Miranda manages higher risk engagements and maintains vendor partnerships and deliverables through the duration of each project. She is responsible for schedule oversight for all agencies. Miranda is recognized by her peers as a solid performer who successfully manages complex projects. Miranda sees the big picture and is willing to take on new challenges partnering with both account and SME teams.

Ben Mendenhall, senior project manager, has successfully risen through the ranks at Intouch since joining the company in 2012. With this latest promotion, Ben is responsible for managing the portfolio of business for one client across the Hematology, Radiology and Women’s Health divisions. Ben provides strategic insight for process, project and financial management. Ben is involved with strategy development for various brands as well as new business development. No project is too big or small for Ben to tackle. Intouch colleagues admire Ben’s attention to detail and attitude for finding solutions as well as his willingness to take on a larger role as needed.

Carlos Acosta, senior data scientist, is involved in extracting meaning from and interpreting data for Intouch using a variety of tools and methods. In this new role, Carlos organizes the data available to Intouch and documents where the data reside. He establishes governance on data purchase and identifies where to obtain new data. Carlos plays a key role providing data analysis to support new business opportunities. He assists Intouch with leveraging the data to provide value to current and future clients collaborating with the Strategy, Enterprise and Innovation groups.

Katelyn Lesiak, senior account manager, started her Intouch career as a 2014 summer intern and was hired full time by fall. Formerly an account manager, Katelyn’s new responsibilities include leading projects internally and externally ensuring they align with the brand’s objectives and goals. Katelyn is also involved in strategic planning of the brand.

Tara Stratton, learning and development manager, began her Intouch career in 2015 as the Kansas City office coordinator. Today, Tara’s responsibilities include leading the team on eLearning design and development as well as LMS system administration, implementing systems training and support for new employees. Tara is also involved in evolving compliance training and reporting across Intouch. Tara is a good resource for Intouch employees assisting them with their development goals.
