Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Faruk pioneered the use of online support technology for people suffering from chronic
disease, creating a platform for building valuable patient relationships. In 1999,
he founded INTOUCH SOLUTIONS with the idea of driving pharmaceutical marketing forward
with new models and digital solutions. Named one of Ingram's "Top 40 Under 40" executives,
Faruk capitalizes on more than 11 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, finance,
marketing and information systems industries.
Faruk received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marmara
University in Istanbul, Turkey, and a Master of Business Administration degree from

Executive Vice President
Pat holds more than 20 years of sales and management experience in the pharmaceutical
industry. He brings a keen business sense and vibrant energy to Intouch projects
and applies his talents to evolve project ideas into successful solutions.
Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University
of Kansas.
Wendy Blackburn
Executive Vice President
Wendy has more than 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical and health care marketing.
She joined the account team at INTOUCH SOLUTIONS in 2003 and in 2005, Wendy led
a team to win Intouch's first Webby Award for Eisai/Teva's Web site
ParkinsonsHealth.com.
Wendy graduated magna cum laude from Drury University with a communications degree.
Greg Kirsch

Creative and Development Services
Sometimes described as a "renaissance man," Greg Kirsch has been involved in advertising
and marketing for over 20 years. Greg has worked on blue chip clients such as Frito-Lay,
Hallmark, Borden Dairy and Marion Merrell Dow. Additionally, Greg has consulted
and delivered seminars concerning advertising, marketing, creativity and copywriting
to hundreds of companies throughout America.
Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University.
Connie Mullinix
Vice President
Finance and Administration
Connie Mullinix helped form INTOUCH SOLUTIONS in 1999 by contributing her administrative,
accounting and business skills. She continues to be responsible for the company
finances, as well as its human resources and general office management. Connie has
served in leadership positions on numerous community boards and committees and continues
to be active in philanthropic and community organizations.
Connie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of
Kansas and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri,
Kansas City.
Mary Doherty
Vice President
Client Services
Mary contributes over 18 years of integrated marketing experience with an expertise
and a passion for healthcare marketing. Her experience ranges from prescription
and OTC medication to biotech for many premier healthcare companies such as GlaxoSmithKline,
Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis, Baxter, Talecris and Abbott Laboratories.
Mary received a B.A. in Communication Arts from St. Norbert College
Angela Tenuta

Angela is a pioneer in digital pharma marketing. Back in the days when only airlines
and car companies were doing online customer outreach, she spearheaded an online
campaign for sanofi-aventis’ blockbuster allergy drug, Allegra. Tactically, the
campaign included one of the first email CRM streams developed in the pharma space,
the first ever pharma banner to run on the Yahoo homepage, and the first ever pharma
CPA campaign. Strategically, the campaign was such a tremendous success that Allegra
shifted a full quarter of mass budget online in the following year. Other pharmas
quickly took note and began testing this “new” frontier.
Angela received a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Illinois at
Chicago. Before finding a home in marketing, she was working on a Graduate degree
in post-colonial literature and planned to become a college professor.
Steve Wright

Technology
One could say that Steve is not only “into” technology, he is passionate about improving
the delivery of that technology. In his words, technology and for that matter, everything
we deliver should “look great, feel right and run fast.” He takes great pride in
building an outstanding tech-savvy team rivaled by few. Steve has been involved
with digital advertising since its inception and prides himself as being born digital.
Steve received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri.
