The company was founded on the idea that innovative marketing and technical solutions could revolutionize online pharmaceutical advertising. And over the past decade, Intouch Solutions has grown into a leader in this industry.
In 2008, Intouch Solutions opened its second office in Chicago, located on the Magnificent Mile. In 2011, we opened our New York office on the Avenue of the Americas in midtown Manhattan. Combined, our offices have over 350 employees. When we post job openings, it's almost always because we're growing.
Work hard, play hard
We work hard, but we also take time to enjoy our time together. One of our guiding principles is "Fun!" Whether it's our annual all-agency meeting or the holiday party, we love to give ourselves an excuse to cut loose.
And we don't just celebrate now and then, we take time every month to have some cake and wish our employees a happy birthday. We schedule chair massages to help relieve stress. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, we enjoy "summer hours" on Friday — for those who want a head start on long summer weekends.
The rest of the year, we have themed "happy hours" twice a month, so we can spend time with our co-workers outside of projects. We also celebrate our successes, like when we were named Agency of the Year in 2010 and 2012.
