Associate Creative Director:
The Associate Creative Director (ACD) oversees creative team member specific to their assignments. ACD conceptualize ideas, and inspire conceptualizations for client’s online communications. The ACD is involved in strategy development with the account staff and ensures concepts are on strategy and creative execution meets quality and brand standards. ACD has proven experience as a copywriter and solid understanding of design principles for online communications. Additionally, an intimate knowledge of marketing/advertising and digital principles is necessary to ensure work remains on schedule, meeting clients’ expectations and providing direction and support to assigned subordinates. The ACD may be required to sell the agencies work to clients and have good presentations skills.
The Associate Creative Director Role requires:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 – 7+ years of creative and copywriting experience
- Able to successfully manage projects of all scopes through the Creative Services lifecycle.
- Knowledge of marketing/advertising principles, methods and techniques.
- Knowledge of writing for the web including strategy development. Able to ascertain what is and isn’t doable within a given timeframe and is able to offer alternative solutions.
- Able to meet client and project deadlines
- Able to manage several projects at once
