When asked how long she's been in the business, Mary laughs and says "Centuries!" Before joining Intouch in early 2009, Mary had 15 years’ experience in health care and 25 years in marketing. Her experience is one of the reasons why her teams love working with her.
Mary oversees nine accounts, helping to troubleshoot and lead teams from a strategic brand standpoint. She addresses concerns, helps guide CRM programs and talks with clients. Her presence is a comfort to her teams, as she gives them the support they need to do their jobs well and make good decisions.
The entrepreneurial spirit at Intouch is an inspiration for Mary. She loves that everyone is open to new ideas and thinks about things differently. She also appreciates the fact that her teams are always ready to roll up their sleeves and dive in. "There's a lot of positive energy," says Mary.
