Before joining Intouch Solutions in 2003, Kim already had nearly 20 years of experience under her belt working at Marion Labs (later Marion Merrill Dow)! That’s why she says, "Pharma is in my blood." And her vast pharma experience is one reason why she connects so well with clients.

Kim understands pharma from many different perspectives. From a digital perspective, she knows that new channels and tools can sometimes be challenging in the pharma industry. So she's ecstatic when clients are willing to take risks, push into new digital territories, and then realize the positive outcomes.

Her strength, as she sees it, is in finding the right people to bring to the table. Kim loves the team approach at Intouch, and she especially enjoys building a team by bringing together people who are each great at what they do.
