Destination site names are collected to make sure we are staying connected to the most popular and fastest growing social sites.
Website-specific data is also collected for our member websites, to help them better understand what types of content is being shared, where it is being posted and what that means in terms of driving traffic back to their website.
Since share»send»save is designed to be used by member websites to promote their high-value content, we report back to them information such as the page URLS and content titles of pages that are shared. We also tell them where that content is being shared, for example Facebook or Twitter.
